So this is old news to a couple of you, but I apparently missed a pretty damn funny line in SJ twice.

Spoiler-free, the basic situation is you've encountered Mastema again and Zelenin asks him if he'd be willing to listen to her and give her advice.

She opens with, "I wanted to talk about us... as in the investigative team." I can just imagine her thought processes there. (Oh wait, that sounds like... QUICK, CLARIFY!)

I had to put the DS down to laugh. And I spent a good ten minutes in a cycle of calming down, picking up the DS, seeing the screen again, and breaking into more laughter.

I'm so pathetic.

AHAHAHAHA.I take back everything I said about SJ not being a shippy game.

Though it says a lot the only thing I really shipped was Zel/Mas and by the end of the Neutral route, I was all ":I" at his non-reaction. I was expecting a freak-out or a fight. Oh, well, there are the other routes!

Yeah, Mastema isn't very expressive unless you go Chaos and piss him off. It's weird, but then again, he's weird.

That line is subtle, though. I only caught it on my third game, if it's any indication.
