...So, they cut off our cable around noon, and mom had to pay $300 to get it back up. We're behind in everything, and my brother won't go out and get a job. I'm working part-time for minimum wage, and that's good for some groceries but not much else. So if I disappear, you'll know why.

Man, this just...sucks. So much.

I really hope things improve for you guys. I don't know the situation entirely, but it sounds like if your brother wants to keeps things going, he needs to go out and do something.

And yeah. Mom talked some sense into him and he spent two hours today wandering around and filling out applications.

He's blatantly ignoring the local mall for some reason, though, and that has to be the best opportunity he's got.

I hope things will work out for you guys soon. At least your brother started looking :S, but he really needs to start doing something if he want things to work out. *hug*

Thanks. We have a short-term solution (involving taking out a loan to pay off another loan so we can take out another loan) that should at least get us caught up in bills and rent. But he seriously needs to find a job.
