This one was actually inspired by a randomized prompt: "in the story, a character does laundry."
The idea for the "not-thoughts" wasn't as thought-out as I'd hoped it'd be, and the fic didn't lend any room to work in the explanation as to why these statements from YHVH seemed so out-of-character for him: They were filtered through Gabriel's mind so they weren't intrusive, so the idea was that they come out seeming more like her own than anything. ...yeah, there are some obvious flaws with that. I didn't think about it while I was writing. Oops! ^^;
