Um, I honestly have no idea since everyone's metabolism and body type is different. For me, just cutting calories and drinking lots of water did it. (and walking everywhere I needed to go)
Maybe consult a dietician? Or just mess around with different plans until you find one that works for you? The latter is pretty much what I did. Messed around until I figured out what worked.
